I believe you meant CT severity score is 4 right?
My sister is having CT score 4 each in CT scan. And is under treatment at home . Is there any need of hospital or not
CT score of 4 is mild. As long as spo2 levels is >93%, she does not need to be hospitalised. Keep monitoring spo2 and symptoms closely.

Also get some blood work including CRP, ferritin, LDH, D dimer and CMP, CBC. It will give an idea of the extent of ongoing inflammation in the body.

Then complete the course of doxy and continue to monitor symptoms. No exertion or strenuous activity.
Continue to monitor symptoms very closely. Isolate, complete bed rest and maintain adequate hydration. Take paracetamol as needed for fevers. Keep checking spo2 levels every3-4 hrs. If it drops below 92-91, then will require hospitalisation.
